## Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

## Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

## Shipping Time

Standard delivery takes approximately 5–10 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Because our floor scales and pallet jack scales are heavy freight items, some deliveries may require additional handling time.

## Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on item weight and destination. Any applicable freight or oversized-item surcharges will be shown before you complete your order.

## Freight & Large Items

Heavy or oversized items (such as large-capacity floor scales) may be delivered by freight carrier. The carrier may contact you to schedule delivery. Please ensure someone is available to receive and inspect the shipment.

## Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we will email you a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

## Inspect Your Delivery

Please inspect your package upon arrival. If the item arrives damaged, take photos of the product and outer packaging and contact us within 7 days at service@socomeonline.com.
